At OU I took an Advertising Copy + Layout course.


One of our assignments was to create a storytelling video for a specific brand. I decided on Nike. 

The antagonist of the story is every excuse for not working out. And the conflict that is being overcome is the challenge to use one's body. I wanted to emphasize running is possible in all sorts of different settings. And I wanted to push self confidence, determination and sufficiency.

Nike’s mission is to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world. If you have a body, you are an athlete.


Fitness is everywhere. Just do it.
